How much would you pay for this Ruth card?

I'm seriously considering this. The only problem is that SMR lists a PSA 4 at $1960. Is this person asking too much? Can I get some honest opinions on what this card is worth? Thanks.

    The last 5 of this card that sold on ebay in this grade:

    May 20- $1651
    April 26- $1675
    Apri 25- $1600 BIN
    March 24- $2098
    March 21- $2500 (opening bid)
    March 12- $1912


    He's asking way too much. You could get this card around $1600-$1700 if you are patient.

    From that scan the card presents very well for a 3, I cannot comment on the pricing as I never once even thought of purchasing one but from the research CDNuts provided then I would wait it out as well.
