Suggestion when to buy 2007w unc coins

Will you suggest me to buy 2007 w UNC coin when the USMINT realease them or wait till November and buy at the time of Thanks giving. I want to buy them to give gifts in December. Last yeay when i tried to buy 2006W unc graded pcgs PR-69 the price has gone high on ebay, so i did not buy them. If the mintage for 2007w unc is high in november can i get pcgs pr-69 for $45.

    I would buy them early just to be on the safe side.
    I heard they were making a French version of Medal of Honor. I wonder how many hotkeys it'll have for "surrender."

    If you know you want to give them as gifts, why wait. The mint is certainly not going to have a clearance sale to get rid of any unsold coins.
