What are you guys grillin today ??

I've got four big steaks marinating in the fridge right now, Wonder what you guys are grillin and what you may use for your "special"marinade ?
I use Dale's and I found a bowl of Pineapple my wife had cut-up in the fridge so I poured the juice of that on there as well, along with some various spices.

Baby back in a charcoal smoker. Dry rub (spicy), mellowed with a little Sweet Baby Ray's on the back end.

Hey Stone, any rattlesnake on your grill???? are the crickets still out at night in force down there....I was stationed at Fort Hood for two years and those were the two things I remember the most, rattlesnakes and the crickets all over the road at night.

I picked up a few whole salmon from a great market near me this morning. The marinade/sauce consisted of the juice from some citrus we had lying around ( oranges, tangerines, limes ) fresh ginger, soy sauce, scallions, and a couple other ingredients.

To go along with the above was 6 chickens cut up and a few racks of ribs done with some 8 hr BBQ sauce I make in large batches and jar.

Charcoal all the way over here !

We grilled at our house yesterday due to my wife having to work today. We did some nice pork tenderloin that I cut up and marinated in italian dressing. Some baby portabellas, and some rice pilaf. All washed down with Sam Adams Boston Lager. It was a great day! We played volleyball with kids, went for a swim, and just spent the day in the back yard relaxing.

    edited to add; propane

Some spring chinook salmon I caught in the Willamette river a few days ago (Portland, OR)

It was a big one, about 23 Lbs, I got about 7 great 8 oz fillets out of it. Rub some teryaki sauce on it, lay it on a piece of aluminum foil in the grill soaking in some white wine, gas grill, low temp.

Just finished dinner about an hour ago, winding down watching some Basketball.

Just hamburgers and hot dogs for me. We had both my wife's and my family over today with all the kids. It was a lot of fun.
