Babe Ruth Albertype

I have had an Albertype Babe Ruth HOF Plaque card that was found in a wall of an old house we were remodeling. It is autographed "To Gary Alan Sincerely Mrs. 'Babe' Ruth" After comparing handwriting samples I found on the internet I can be sure that the autograph is authentic although I realize that is not as valuable being the Mrs. rather than himself. What is more intriguing is that the writing on the card reads "NATIONAL BASEBALL HALL OF FAME and MUSEUM" Below that is "COOPERSTOWN, N . Y ." I have heard that this means it is Type 1 and not Type 2, however the "and" in the first line is not in capital letters whereas every single image I have seen of Type 1 or 2 every letter is capitalized. If anybody can shed more light on this subtle difference it would be appreciated. I have had this in my posession for about twenty years since I was 10 and it wasn't until the onset of the internet I have been able to find out about this. I guess ultimately I would like to know exactly what year this card was issued and range of value to an avid collector.
