I know many of you collect memorabilia as well as cards so I wanted to convey my recent experience with BallQube.
I was looking to pick up 50 mini helmet cubes and decided to go with BallQube simply because they had UV protection where Ultra Pro did not. When they arrived, nine of the cubes were awful, riddled with imperfections to the point where it detracted from the contents too much for my tastes.
I called customer service and they sent out replacements that day via FedEx at no charge and they told me I could keep the defective ones in hopes I could find some use for them. When the replacements arrived, I found 3 extras included as well as a bonus for my trouble.
It was such a positive experience I just wanted to share it with you all to keep in mind when you are in the market for cases in the future. If only all sellers, be they a huge corporations or an individual part-time dealer online, were so concerned about customer satisfaction and standing behind the products they sell.
