Half Dollars Sale...Come and Get Some (and a Few Morgans Too)

Before these halves leave for the Long Beach Show, I will offer a short selection for sale here. All the coins are very attractive for their issue and your satisfaction is assured. Please take a look and thanks in advance for your consideration.

Walking Liberty Half Dollars:

1941-S 50c MS64 PCGS - The key date in the Walker Halves short series. Except for a weaker strike, this half has all the qualities of a true gem. Light original toning, yet still lustrous. There are no significant scratches worth mentioning. -- $155.00

1942 50c MS64 PCGS - Smooth, mellow surfaces. There is a glance of color toward the edges although white is by far the dominant shade. Well struck. -- $45.00

1943 50c MS64 PCGS - Lustrous and virtually white except for a touch of color near the date. A small scratch or two away from a higher grade. -- $45.00

1943 50c MS65 PCGS - Blast white and lustrous. A few die polish lines are visible. -- $120.00

1943-S 50c MS64 PCGS - A tougher date. Fairly well struck and definitely original despite almost white surfaces. A trivial scratch in the right field accounts for its grade. -- SOLD

1943-S 50c MS64 PCGS - The sibling of the preceding coin. Well struck and original and nearly white in color. A wispy hairline or two on the fields justify the grade. -- SOLD

1944 50c MS65 PCGS - Light golden to red toning adorns the obverse peripherals. Full of maginificent luster. -- $160.00

Commemorative Silver Halves:

1935 50c Boone Commemorative MS64 NGC - Light golden toning on both sides. A hairline scratch on the neck is the only detriment that keeps this Boone away from a higher grade. Very pleasing to look at. -- SOLD

Silver Dollars:

1879-S S$1 MS60Details, Cleaned ANACS - Probably cleaned decades ago, but still has a very pleasing appearance. There are some hairlines visible although there is some color that has began to tone over edge surface areas. Would grade MS65 if it didn't have those hairlines. Priced affordably at -- $20.00

1886 S$1 MS63 "Fitzgerald Collection" NGC - Ex: Fitzgerald Collection. A light gray patina envelops the obverse and the reverse has a touch of gold toning. Moderately abraded surfaces. -- $42.00

1887 S$1 MS63 "Fitzgerald Collection" NGC - Ex: Fitzgerald Collection. Lightly patinated with gray toning, otherwise white. Imperfections commensurate with its given grade. -- $42.00
