I'm trying to understand why you are bagging on his auction description. It's his auction. If you aren't interested in bidding, why not leave it at that?
How do you know I wasn't going to bid? The whole reason I clicked the link was with intention to bid. I resent very exaggerated descriptions. "Blinding" falls into that category. It is unnecessary as 1878 CC Morgans sell themselves.
I find it offensive to use a term for a person with a handicap in such an insensitive way. I worked with blind people in therapeutic recreation. There are people in every populated square mile of this earth who can only wish to have their eyesight back. Maybe the human race has morally deteriorated to the point that this doesn't matter to anyone but me. I'm sure the Federation of the Blind could tactfully explain this in more detail. However I will post my last comment here which is in objection to the insensitive, and totally uncalled for misuse of this handicap terminology. That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. It is verbal abuse of handicapped persons.
<< <i>insensitive, and totally uncalled for misuse of this handicap terminology >>
I'll quote from The American Heritage Dictionary, Second College Edition. One of the definitions listed for the word blinding is "to dazzle" So how is the word "blinding" a "handicap terminology"?

Victor, My coin auctions are some of the most honest on Ebay. To use the words insensitive and verbally abusive of handicapped persons in your "opinion" of me/my auction is simply incredulous!

Wow, this guy sure gets worked up just over a simple description of a coin.
Maybe he`s got other issues and this is just his way of venting some of his frustations.

Funny how a "description" borders on the absurd when it comes to eBay!
Perhaps "blinding cartwheel luster" doesn't shine where your head is.
I'll try not to border on the absurd in the future.

This was about a year ago. I thought the coin was a 63. Probably just a little too much cheek chatter on that day for that grader.
Thanks, CCG

You're right. Now move along.
Great looking coin. I'd play the upgrade game if I owned it.
