PR69 - PR70, When to Submit?
I thought I'd ask the experts here. How do you all gauge when to send in modern silver proofs for grading. Since the premiums on PR70 DCAM are so much higher than PR69, what distinguishing characteristics are you looking for before you submit? Also, what are your opinions on whether a PR70 is possible with a coin that has stayed unslabbed for several years. Will tarnish decrease the likelihood of the highest pedigree?

Yes....a PR70 is possible, even after years...I forget who did it, but a board member got a PR70 on a SAE '94 or '96 or something, somewhat recently.
Tarnish will likely preclude a 70 grade (good question for Ron Guth)
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
