2x and I'm part of a group sub, so who knows how many times the sub # was checked.

Haven't seen anyone saying they've had a sub pop since last Friday...

Yeah, no new ones in a couple days that I've seen. But I think they might have been at a show this weekend. Not sure though.

And for the record... I checked 3 times today. Noon, 3 and now. This one left my house on 3/10 though. I'm getting desperate.

When I think they're due to pop, I check the website about every half-hour. On days that they're really not due yet, I still check about once an hour because I'm a dork. I absolutely dread the wait...

Don't they send you an e-mail as soon as your grades pop??

So if your e-mail is open there is no reason to check right?

Rog you know what is sick, that they pop MAYBE a few hours (sometimes a day though) before the email is sent!

Hmmm, no one has posted about receiving grades today. Maybe the graders received 2 days off for the White Plains show?

I always get fooled when it takes that couple of extra seconds to load up (usually means grades). Then i get hit with that Please try again.

4/30??? Dude ... get in line! I still have 2 March subs out there. The first left my local PO on 3/3.

I call customer service and speak with a rep. and get there name. I tell them I'm without a computer and would they check my submission for me. They do so, I then call back in a hour and ask for the same customer rep. and ask the same question. "Will you check the status of my submission, my computer is down". At first its funny, but after a few days they can't take it anymore. They'll call the operations manager and beg them to get you submission done and out of here.

So, within a week my sub is processed, graded, and shipped!
