A friend has had this token for about 30 years, dug it up in his grandma's garden in Wisconsin. Any ideas on identifying or locating info on this? Thanks in advance, you numitectives!

  • This token probably came from the Milwaukee area. Milwaukee is one major Wisconsin
city where city center's streets are numbered. 9th St. on the south ward of the town
was very strong back in the day and still is today in term of business. There are lots of shops
along this part of town. Many buildings in this areas dated back to late 1800s and early 1900s.
I used to live in Milwaukee in the early 1990s and am very familiar with the city.
