Seems to be uncataloged. I'd try Touchdown Treasures or Columbia City. If neither of them know who it is, there is an advertiser in Girdiron Greats that specializes in vintage college cards, I can look up the ad and get contact info if you'd like.

That picture shows Calvin Clark as an offensive lineman. Did you know Calvin was the Defensive MVP for Purdue in the 1978 Peach Bowl in Purdue's bowl win against Georgia Tech (41-21)

Footnote: Calvin was drafted in the 5th round by the Buffalo Bills in the 1981 NFL Draft!
