ASE Cert. Question

I'm not a big modern coin fan, but when the ASE sets were announced, I had to have one- I wanted a reverse proof. I got my set (from the mint at issue price), and submitted it to NGC, because I wanted it in one of their new 'combo' holders. I plan on keeping it for a long time (the coins are beautiful), unless the price continues to climb. My question: does having it in this type of holder affect it's value positively, negatively, or not a all? I know "Buy the coin, and not the holder", but I also know that the holder can and does affect value. Also, how does the NGC value compare to the PCGS value? I'm not trying to start another 'which service is better' thread- I just figure some of the dealers out there have some facts based on their selling experiences...

slab. i prefer mint packaging, others will differ. on an older coin where the authenticity may
be in question a slab provides assurance.

Collector of just the 2006 20th annv sets - love the multiholder.
Collector of the ASE series - probably discount the multiholder since individual ones could be placed with the rest of the collection (congruity). With the multiholder, do you place with the proofs? with the uncs? or by itself?
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
