ID help please - Roman coin?

I've looked at this for quite a while and I still can't make out the letters on the obverse.
Any identification help is appreciated.

Looks like one of the sons of Constantine the Great.

This is a coin of Consantius II or maybe Constans. Can't quite make out the letters on the right of the obverse but to the right of the portrait Constans will have "NSPFAUG" while Constantius will have "TIUSPFAUG." I can't quite pick up the letters on the scan, but you might be able to do so in hand.

The coin is after the 347/8 coinage reform, and probably was struck in the early 350s. Can't make out the mint on the reverse in exergue but this type and variety was struck by a dozen mints.

The type is of the "FEL TEMP REPARATIO" which roughly translates as "return to happy times." This is the "galley type" with the emperor holding a phoenix and standard in a galley steered by victory. There are several types of this vast series, of which the most common is the "fallen horseman" type which got many collectors (including me) started many years ago.
