Will PSA grade this and if so what holder do I submit it under?

I just received 3 of these 1983 Graig Nettles Roy Rogers discs and had some questions that I was hoping there might be some answers to.

Anyone know if PSA will grade this issue as there arent any in the pop report when I last looked?

As I have the discs they are incorporated into a cup lid with a plastic rim that is maybe 1/3 of an inch deep which leads to a second question - do I "pop" the disc from the lid and submit it without the plasic rim or will / can PSA grade it with the plastic rim in tact?

Would this go in a tall boy holder?

How do I find out if PSA will or wont grade them?

Can I submit a tall boy as part of my membership renewal sub (the 6 free grades)?

Sorry for the barrage of questions and poor scan but any help would be appreciated.

I mean, you could call PSA and ask, but I do not think that they generally will holder any of the cup lids. I have a Schmidt cup lid in my collection, and haven't even bothered to try. Oversized and thick is not something they are currently accomodating, I believe. And it doesn't make sense (from a collector's standpoint) to ruin it by taking off the lid part of the lid so you are left with a disc...
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
