Post a card where the photo isn't the player named.

Here's one from the 1973 set. Pic from ebay.

Next MONTH? So he's saying that if he wins, the best-case scenario is that he'll be paying for it two weeks after the auction ends?

Forget blocking him; find out where he lives and go punch him in the nuts. --WalterSobchak 9/12/12

On the above cards, the Cy Young is actually Irv Young, and the Home Run Baker is actually Jack Barry.

  • Gary Pettis had his younger brother, Stacey, take his photo for his card in the 85 Topps set.

Here's the 1956 Hank Aaron. Perkdog is correct; the player sliding into home is Willie Mays.

1990 Donruss mixed up Smoltz and Glavine. They managed to correct it though.

Here's both versions of Donruss' 1985 Tom Seaver. The first one (on the right) pictures Floyd Bannister.

Yeah, it's from 2006 Heritage. Apparently Topps did that to good ole Jerry Snyder back in '57 and did it again last year. I don't think Jerry liked that idea, so he signed each card (reds and blues) with 'this isn't me'
