advice from the board needed!!

two of my auctions ended recently with an ebayer with "0" feedback winning both items. when I sent the invoice I noticed it was a familiar name, an ebayer who had won a couple of my other auctions under a different ebay ID.
here's my concern.....I believe he did this potentially to scare away bidders, perhaps to give the impression that I was shilling my auctions. He made 7 bids on 1 card and 3 bids on the other. If I were bidding and saw numerous bids from a ebayer with zero feedback for one item, I would run for the hills. There were 12 bids on the item and 7 were from the zero fb bidder. I also should mention this same person bid on the same item earlier under his usual ID so actually 8 of the 12 bids were from one person.
Here's one of the cards bid history and the time each bid was placed. These are consecutive bids. Unfortunately, ebay does not have a provision for setting a minimum rating for a bidder. Advice is appreciated. I am NOT happy with this type of activity. It seems like a scam to me - scaring away the competition by making them think the auction is rigged. Am I off base???

I find it hard to believe that (m)any people would bid significantly differently based upon the scenario you described. Quite frankly, with $100 cards, most collectors I know simply see an auction, set their snipe, and forget about it completely for seven days.
I see no scenario by which you can not or should not honor this person's bids.
If you choose to block this person and his alternate ID from future auctions, that is a different matter altogether (and completely your choice). But I don't see anything hugely wrong in the scenario you've described.

Sounds to me that he shilled him/herself.
I don't see why you shouldn't honor the bids, but don't blame you from blocking their IDs if you don't like what they're doing.
