    This was tough this month! I finally went with Tim's 1806 half cent. I can't imagine the thrill of finding a coin that old in a clump of dirt. image

  • I agree with marym... went with the half cent. Not many older U.S. coins get posted here (unless Phut finds them image)

    Danny, The 1850 will probably go into the MD folder as is. Someday I may get to shinin' up the uglies, but for now I just get rid of the dirt.
    Phut was trying to sit out of the trophy hunt for a couple months. Self employed, single, and no kids... I have a bit of a 'time in field' advantage and don't want to wear out my welcomeimage
