What grade would you give to this coin

and what do you think of the sellers prices in relation to any of the coins listed which you are familiar with ?

    as always, its hard to tell from the pics but I'm swagging at ms62

    It doesn't look "choice UNC" to me... I think I see some rub in Oom Paul's hair/beard and on the eagle's breast.

    It does look choice AU... I would say AU55, to be safe. Nice coin, though I would question the UNC grade on it without seeing it in hand or in first-tier TPG plastic.

    Then again, it could be UNC, I could be looking at a flat strike or the faintest rub that is not enough to technically make it a slider, and it could indeed be BU. I imagine it has some luster we are not seeing in the pictures.

    I find that blue background the seller used quite interesting. I would have never chosen such a loud background, but it kind of works, in a way... sets off the coin nicely. Just try to picture it without that background, though- the blue might be subconsciously distracting.

    Without knowing how well these are usually struck, I agree with LordM. AU55-58. The first thing that caught my eye was the eagle's breast. At any rate, I wouldn't consider it "Choice UNC" as the seller does. The color is nice, although it could all be lighting. I'd want to see some pics that show what's going on at the base of the bust and below it on the obverse...
