1985 topps football box bottoms - payton

i just pulled a nice payton box bottom (psa 8). i like the red borders in contrast with the black on the 85 set itself.

I had no idea PSA graded those - and I didn't even think of them as "real cards". But, I have several empty 85 wax boxes with clean examples on the bottom - can you tell me what you used to cut yours, David? Something tells me a pair of scissors isn't getting the job done...

Nice card! The Payton is well centered but I think the card has been trimmed

shane, you are right...i was hoping it would slide thru.

ctsoxfan, you can go to office depot or office max and use their paper cutter. the guillotine (sp?) style. the payton was the best of the panel on the 85 fb. i was able to net a mattingly 10 from an 87 star sticker box bottom as well.

i do not have a better one. just selling to be selling, nothing special. just built a house over a year ago and i try to sell what i can and keep some of the lower graded items for myself and kids to look at.
