Best time to sell a Bonds card?

I've got a Barry Bonds card from a couple of years ago, with a HUGE honkin' piece of bat on it...

Similar to this one I found on eBay, but the bat actually fills the ENTIRE circle...

It's an awesome card, but I pulled it and a Pudge Rodriguez just like it, FROM THE SAME PACK.... I could see the pack busting at the seams when I opened the box....

Anywho, I'm going to keep the Pudge and sell the Bonds.

When is the best time to sell it? When he's two or three homers away from 756? After he hits it?

I'll see if I can get a scan up, for show and tell purposes this weekend.

If you mean on ebay I think that would be the best time, and that the options you have given are all the same time, eBay wise. For example, it took Ricky almost a week to get the last couple bases to break to the stolen base record.

That's not cork , its artifical wood (wink, wink ) that has been treated with some type of rubbing lotion . I realize it can only make me a jealous , uncaring, raceist, that has not learned that hype and fluff is more important that truth . Oh well, I only hope that the thought police don't see this and stick me in the corn field.

With the price of energy, tettering near the edge of bringing down the economy, this may serve best as kindling.

I'd imagine your best bet is to wait for him to die in a plane crash. If that happens, people will likely begin to respect him in some capacity. Other than that....I doubt there will ever be demand for anything related to him.
