Do you like Atom/RSS XML blog feeds?

One nice thing about blogs is that they provide XML feeds so you can read them how you want. Many people and organizations have moved to adding XML feeds in the Atom/RSS format to their blogs.

Would you like to see dealers such as Legend, COR, Douglas Winter, Anaconda, etc. add XML feeds? Would you like coin clubs to move their newsletters to XML feeds?

I subscribe to several RSS feeds. They are handy as long as they aren't abused. When listservs were all the rage, they were nice when you only got a few a week, when they started becoming dozens a day, it becomes a nuisance.

I can see some coin websites using them as long as they aren't too frequent. Letting subscribers know when new inventory has been added, or new market reports, etc. It will become more popular in the future, but they haven't gotten too far outside of the tech community yet.

I realize that XML feeds are not exactly on the top of a coin dealers web site priorities. Perhaps most coin collectors also don't find them useful.

For my personal use, I'm thinking of making a HTML to XML converter for the dealer articles so I can read them in my blog software. It's just more convenient for me that way.
