Took my Dad to the Dr. today and saw something interesting hanging on the wall.

I saw this hanging on the wall about eye level. Unused 2004 World Series ticket, Game 2 (Schilling's bloody sock game) with matching commemerative pin. It was in absolutely beautiful condition. Pardon the crappy pic as I took it with my cell phone.

This was just a regular examination room at a small local clinic. They see alot traffic in and out of this clinic so I am absolutely shocked to see that someone hasn't made off with it. I wonder how much this would go for on eBay?

Used to working on HOF SS Baseballs--Now just '67 Sox Stickers and anything Boston related.
Did you ask him why he hans't had the ticket slabbed yet?
<< <i>Wasn't "THE" bloody sock from game 6 of the ALCS? >>
There were two "bloody sock" games. This was the second one and it's this sock that was eventually put in the hall of fame.
Yeah, I guess the term unused is incorrect since the tickets are scanned now and not torn. "Untorn" would be a better term.

I'm not sure who this ticket belongs too to even ask. There are several doctors at this clinic and this was hung in one of the common-area examination rooms. Nobody could see me as they leave patients alone in the room while waiting for the doctor. I could have easily made off with it if I had wanted too. An item like this should definitely not be left alone like this.
And probably has no knowledge that grading even exists.
