Variance in PSA 8 Sale Price

Two 1959 PSA 8 Minosos closed within minutes of each other last night. The first one went for more than $400, the second for less than $100.

Possible reasons are shill bidders, second guy running it up knowing he could get the other one, scans larger and better however you can really see the crappy upper left hand corner on the $400 card. Also if the sellers had different feedback and reputations it would also make a difference.
