Does the ANA tacitly condone AT?

In another thread I asked "Should there be an effort to educate the buyers?" MidAtlanticCoins responded with a detailed post that included the following:
<< <i>I have personally written articles, given lectures, held classes, participated on online forums, produced litature, and fought with the ANA and several coin publications about indirect support of these issues. >>
Given that the AT issue has been brought to the attention of the ANA with seemingly no action,
(a) do you consider the ANA to tacitly condone AT?
(b) how do you think the ANA's lack of response affects the hobby?
(c) what do you think the ANA's response to AT should be?
