Looking for Vintage Traders

Hi. I'm looking for anyone trading the old stuff. Do you know of any sites that would be helpful? I don't mean the on-line trading groups, but other sites that may have message boards and the like? PLMK.
I'm getting close to finishing a bunch of sets and could use some help. I have all sorts of stuff to trade from 1957 through the 80's and a smattering of newer stuff. Have stars, HOFers, high numbers, etc., etc. Please e-mail me at doctorduk@aol.com!!!

If you have nothing off of my list, but have cards in really nice shape from 1957 to 1969, we still might be able to trade as I'm sure I can use some upgrades in those years.

You got a quick temper huh? image
  • Honestly, not at all, my temper is normal, but people around here have been way less than nice.
In this thread I simply told the guy I'm looking for traders. No quick temper. If I'm looking for traders i wonder why someone is posting their sales here.
    I handled it very gentlemanly.

    I handled it very gentlemanly.

There's a fine line between unnecessary sarcasm and rudeness, my friend.

And you are the arbiter who determines which is which??
I started a thread about TRADING. Someone posted a sale and I reminded him that this is a trading thread.
My reply post was very simple and no offense given or taken. Now you come and blatantly try to be an a**hole.
Your entire goal in posting is to be an a**hole.
You don't know a goddamn think about anything. You're just another jerkoff. Go away!!

Just be honest Elm. You weren't rude, but you definitely hit him with a little sarcasm.

That being said, everyone just move on.......nothing more to see here.

Sure, it was a little tiny bit sarcastic. Almost imperceptibly.
But I certainly didn't say anything about the person, etc., yet some of these jerks want to jump on me. I say screw 'em.

    I love trading.
I very enthusiastically read your list.
I have a lot of cards you'd probably like, from graded 8s to raw nr/mt.
I don't know what you have to trade, but it seemed worth exploring.
Reading further though, I'm not so sure.
I think I may have put my head in the wrong door.
    Sorry.

Good stuff!! Thanks for the laugh.
Who knows why this Publius keeps following me around various threads.
Clearly he has problems and loves to open his mouth to try to spread his misery.
A few people messaged me to say that he's some pretentious clown that loves to be a jerk on the boards. Oh well.
