The Diving Goose

Does anybody know how much rotation is required for the "Diving Goose" designation??

    It is fairly significant even though I am not able to recall the exact degree of the rotation

    There is a FAQ here on the PCGS website, somewhere!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Here's a link to an auction that says that the divers have to be rotated 45 degrees or more. I have no idea if that is correct.
