Need help identifying ARod card.

Not Sure where I picked this one up...the back has a diagram of a display box. How was this issued?? Does PSA grade them.

I don't know if PSA grades these or not. I have a Matt Williams from the regular 1997 Fleer set that I think I got as part of a retail box-topper of 1997 Fleer Series II. I think that they were also supposed to be inserted onto the display case shown on the back somehow, but I never saw any such displays in my travels. I don't think they are worth much money, probably a buck or two for the ARod collector or someone working on a master 1997 Circa set.
