Whats wrong with my PayPal account?

When I go to pay for ebay items I can only send one payment and then when I try to send another it say "Your account ballance has changed withter you clicked send money more than once or you just recievec money, please review your account and make sure you want to complete this transaction." Then i cannot send the payment and it keeps saying that. I have to log out and like wait a few hours and I can pay for like one item. It is a pain in the neck. Someone tell me how to fix this.

I've been getting the same error on and off for a few weeks now.

If you go to your 'my ebay' and click the pay now for an item
it will take you to paypal and then it seems to work fine for that purchase.

Definitely a pain. Anybody know how to fix it?

paypal site has been having problems lately, along with the one you both mentioned, I have been having problems viewing my account history. I called Paypal and they said they are working on it.
