    I don't know what PL64 means, as I don't have a clue about CA. money but for a nice coin under 20 bucks how can you go wrong?
    MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

    PL stands for "Proof-like". Most of the coins from Canada uncirculated mint sets are similar to this one.

    You did ok.

    I love Canada 50c. I just finished a 1908-2007 date set, with most from 1961 to date in PL state. 1908 is when the mint in Ottawa opened and stuck the first truly Canadian coins.
