    Found it. Sear (millennium ed.) #224, D. Junius Lf. Silanus, dated to 91 BC.

    Obverse: head of Salus within torque, SALVS beneath, control-letter underneath chin (looks like B or S on yours).

    Reverse: Victory driving biga, control-symbol beneath (looks like a "wing" on yours), D SILANVS LF in exergue.

    Looks like there's a serious die-crack going through the exergue between the I and L.
