saw it today with my daughter...

like to hear opionions from people that saw it before i give mine. i dont want to ruin it for anyone.

i will give this opionion though.....seems like they cramed to many comic book heroes into a 2 hour 20 minute flick....

    I'm seeing it on IMAX sometime this weekend.

    If my short term memory holds up, I'll give you my $0.02 image
    So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    Sorry but I'm gonna spoil the ending - Spiderman wipes out the bad guys and saves the city from total destruction...and gets the girl. image

    Haven't seen it yet but reviews I read say three villians for him to fight is overdoing it and the movie is at least 15 minutes too long.
    Ms. Durst does a poor job of acting and seems to be just going through the motions.

    LOL .. but wrong.. really different ending this time.

    no spoilers, but Spiderman 3 was bloated and overdone. Part 2 was a near perfect movie focusing on one really great villian. Three villians = too much distraction and not enough focus on any one in particular. They also completely fabricated the storyline with Sandman and making the connections to Peter Parkers past.

    Too much Kirsten Dunst... snoozefest.

    They should have focused entirely on the Eddie Brock/venom and his hatred motives regarding Spiderman/ Peter Parker.

    I cant complain too much, I saw the movie for free and got free snacks and popcorn (a gift from a patient at work)

    Lemme guess again then...The bad guys win, the city gets nuked, and Spiderman comes out of the closet and admits he's gay.

    image Actually going to see it tonight, I would be looking forward to it if Dunst was not the leading lady.

    Loved it.
    I thought it was the best Spidey movie so far.
    Although the villian charactors were a little weak.

    really? the best so far. to each their own image

    part 2 was the best and is the most acclaimed of the series based on reviews.

    part 1. a close second


    part 3. a distanct third. almost equal to Xmen 3 in futzing the storyline and messing with character origins and plot.

    I enjoyed it, I never saw part 1 or 2. I will rent the others now, I would rate it a B
