Question for people who have an eBay store - please help

Hey, I just opened an eBay store - almost solely for the reason of having those 30 or so day fixed price buy-it-now auctions in the store. Well, I noticed that I can't list eBay store items from TurboLister. So...how do I list these 30 day and longer fixed price auctions? I can't figure it out. I see that there is something called "selling manager" that I signed up for....though, if it is a program, I can't find anywhere to actually download it. I'm really confused and frustrated in that this is obviously something very easy...... please let me know. Thanks!
