Help!!!! What Nolan Ryan issue is this????

I bought this card a few years ago when I was going to start a Nolan Ryan collection. Now I am going to put it on ebay. It is graded by BGS a mint 9 and the flip identifies it as a 1971 MLB Official Stamp #162. Problem is PSA has no record of grading any of this issue and Beckett has only graded 1. PSA list 1969 and 1970 MLB stamps as cards they grade but there is no mention of a 1971. Also the picture for this card on Beckett is different. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

    I'm fairly certain this is a 1970 MLB Photostamp. On the reverse you can actually see the border of the card that was next to Ryan on the sheet. I have had several of the 1969 sets and the 1970's are considerably harder to find. Also, I'm not sure how Beckett gave the card a number #162 due to none of the cards in the set being numbered??

    You are correct cuda. the 69's had a break line cut and a problem with a red line going through on the back of most of them.
