Vegas Baby!

Hello All,

Exactly what I was thinking. If I am going to Vegas there is plenty to do without going to any baseball card shops.
Have fun!

Make it rain, but check for guns first.
Actually don't we have a board member with a shop in Vegas?
LarryAllen? Maybe not.
Can't remember his name.
Right on schedule.
Can't for the life of me remember the guy's name.

That's planned for Saturday already. Me and 6 buddies pay $20 a piece and some guy in a mini bus drives us to about 5 different places. Don't have to wait in line and don't have to pay the cover.

Just if you stumble out afterwards, make sure you get in a cab. You are kinda in the middle of nowhere and The Strip or any other established hotel is a loooooooong walk.

Be sure to stop by Field of Dreams in the Caesar's Forum Shops. Be sure to take out a 2nd mortgage on your house if you plan on buying anything though..."

I stayed at Caesar's Palace last month and visited Field of Dreams. Steve Garvey and Pete Rose were signing that week so I picked up some signed balls, jersey and bat. The store has some amazing autographed pieces but like you said, you'll need to hit a progressive jack-pot to afford that stuff. It's definitely worth browsing!
Good luck!

Shops in Vegas? Yea, the pawn shops for all the losing gamblers pawning their assets.
