Exactly what I was thinking. If I am going to Vegas there is plenty to do without going to any baseball card shops.

    Have fun!

That's planned for Saturday already. Me and 6 buddies pay $20 a piece and some guy in a mini bus drives us to about 5 different places. Don't have to wait in line and don't have to pay the cover.

Jasons shop was called baseball card heaven. Located at 6370 Flamingo. Have no idea if it's still around. Could make more dealing blackjack than baseball cards out there, I would think.

Forget all those "famous" joints... overrated and overpopulated. Check out Club Paradise behind the Hard Rock. You can thank me when you get back, especially if those twin Brazilians are still dancing there. Umm, or so I hear....
No such details will spoil my plans...

Just if you stumble out afterwards, make sure you get in a cab. You are kinda in the middle of nowhere and The Strip or any other established hotel is a loooooooong walk.

Be sure to stop by Field of Dreams in the Caesar's Forum Shops. Be sure to take out a 2nd mortgage on your house if you plan on buying anything though..."

Best place for vintage and off-grade is Cheetah's.

  • Hey Moose,

I stayed at Caesar's Palace last month and visited Field of Dreams. Steve Garvey and Pete Rose were signing that week so I picked up some signed balls, jersey and bat. The store has some amazing autographed pieces but like you said, you'll need to hit a progressive jack-pot to afford that stuff. It's definitely worth browsing!

    Good luck!
