I just bought a couple of rack packs from bbcexchange and can't wait to get them, I'll post the results here hopefully in a couple of days. Hopefully I get something worth grading. I bought the two-year PSA memebership and could only find 9 cards worthy of sending in out of my 12 free submissions.

good luck! those green borders can be brutal! also lots of centering issues on those cards. i bought a vending box from bbcex and didn't get anything worthy of sending in. hopefully the racks will yield some good cards.
