stown is a very, very sick man......

I won one of his contests a few weeks ago, and this is what I receive in the mail today:

I was kind of disappointed there were no Mantles or Gretzky RCs, but I guess this'll have to do. But seriously, the guy sent me some awesome stuff and put thought behind it (I'm sure the Bubba Smith RC is because I'm a Baltimore guy). I'm not gonna make one of those sappy "it's people like this that are why I collect" speeches, but stown's a great guy who sent me a bunch of cool (and expensive) cards, and for that he should be commended.
All cards are for sale for anybody who's interested.

Let this be my public apology to this guy. I'm sorry for bickering. Sometimes on a message board, you can't get the vibe of a guy with written words.
Thanks for sharing.

Your first package was hockey cards I had from UD's 1st release ('92 or something?) and some other random stuff. There were several names that I was familiar with but don't know what they were worth.
As to other contests, I had one here but it had limited participation, for whatever reason.
I'm sure Keith and Goose appreciated the lack of responses

Well I am posting # 1000 on this thread. I think that deserves some free vintage.
