Question about CC specials from a newbie

Hey everyone, I just joined these forums today and became a PSA CC member just about 1 month ago. I was able to take advantage of April's CC special, getting about 100 cards graded for $5 each.
My question is about the history of these specials. Most of the rest of what I need to get graded are baseball cards from the 80's. Given this time frame, what chance do you think there is that PSA will run another special that will fit for $5 or less? Also, what's the lowest $$$ per card you've seen for any of these specials?
I'm leaning towards just biting the bullet and paying the regular price of $6 each for the next 100-200 cards, but I'm also a bit concerned with the potential 45-day turnaround time... not to mention forking out ~$1,000 for grading! Funny thing is, the 100 cards I submitted for the April special were graded within 6-7 days of receipt, yet the supposed 7-day voucher for 12 cards I got with my membership actually took 8 days (and that's not counting the 2-3 they sat on it before logging it into their system).
Anyway, any insight to these issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

$5.00 is the lowest one I can recall.
