Think PSA will look to clear out their submissions before the postage increase hits?

    If already submitted, we paid the old rates until they update their postage rate schedules.

    But I do not think several hundred submissions with old postage will break their bank.

    It is possible. But I wouldn't bet on it. It's almost "vacation time" around PSA and "card show" time.

    All submissions forms now printed include the new rates. I just received a sub back today and it had a flyer stated their handling of the postage increase.
