Has anyone had experiance with eBay buyer riptrooperdog ? On a buying spree, but not paying

I was wondering if anyone is familiar with this buyer, he won his first auction from me 4/23, 7 more 4/29, So far his history shows him winning 64 auctions in the last month yet he has no feedback since November of 06, which to me indicates that nothing has been paid for. So far has failed to respond to e-mails...
