Franklin PR68 DCam Problem

I have a PCGS graded Franklin PR68 DCam. It has developed some sort of growth that appears to be on the metal. What should be done, do I send it in for a regrade/downgrade? How does the PCGS Guarantee work? I've never used it and I absolutely love this coin for it thick cameo and deep mirrors. But the growth really distracts from its beauty.
Thank You in advance

Hi Bob,
Yes, that's a pretty distracting spot. Please send it in for a downgrade review. If nothing can be done to the coin, we'll negotiate with you the difference between the current grade and the final grade.
