Taking Custom Orders To Find and Grade FB Cards

Hello Everyone,

I have been buying raw cards and having them graded with such success that I have basically changed from collecting(other than my #1 Cowboys Sets) to buying raw, grading, and then selling.

To get to the point, I have been looking for holes in peoples football sets and then buying raw, grading and selling the cards to them directly. If anyone needs a specific FB card they can't seem to find and they don't want to mess with the whole process, shoot me an email at ssgunnip@yahoo.com with what card you need and the grade range you will accept. I will of course then decide on a price with you and it will then be off to the races.

I have built the #1 Cowboys and Cowboys Rookie sets from scratch doing this. There were many cards that had never been graded in those sets till I started collecting them.

If anyone needs references, you can contact muliple people on the board like MAD (Marc), Jason Peeples, Shagrotn (Andy), etc.

I can speak for Scott's excellent eye. He and I have previously searched for many of the same football rookies, and he always seemed to find the PSA 10's while I found the PSA 9's.

Hope you can come up with some of the cards I need but can't seem to locate even in PSA 9 condition...

Thanks for the plug. The new 20X loupe I just purchased should help even more. I find myself being over-critical of my cards now.

I am sure I will have a few from your list soon.

Here is a list of everything I currently have at PSA. Please note that there are many cards for HOF, Future HOF, Team Sets, Decade Sets, Position Sets, and also cards that fit only in year sets. I will post my grades when they come in as well as prices for the cards. Most of the modern cards I sent in (90%+) I did expecting a PSA 10 grade. Most of the vintage will be 7's and 8's.

Wow, that list looks eerily similar to the 189 card order I just sent in and the 400+ card order I have sitting on my desk.

I will need a 65 Willie Brown. I just sent in one I had that's probably a 4 at best. I would like at least a 6, preferably a 7, so let me know what you get back on that one. Would also ptentially be interested in the Buoniconti, Hayes, Brown and Maynard. I'll have to see what my Hickerson ends up looking like when I get it in. Otherwise a 7 is fine with me on that card. Keep me in mind.

One of the Hickersons should be an 8. The rest will be 7's. The Willie Brown will be at least an 8. The 63 Buoniconto is probably a 7. The Maynard is probably an 8 and the Brown a 7.

I can vouch for Scott too. Great eye and very easy to work with. We've done quite a few deals as well as a "near deal"
I can use quite a few of the cards on the modern list Scott, as well as a 1965 Topps W. Brown PSA 8. PLMk when you get your subs back.
