What's with this PCGS slab? It almost looks like a fake slab to me. See here. The serial number looks weird and the font size for the date looks off. Is this just me or is it phony.

Aside for the fact that I sell the same coin/same grade for $650 instead of $993, I see nothing wrong with the certification tag, the coin, or the holder.......

I have many early slabs that are in mint condition. Not every slab has been beat up.

Because their system for cent errors seems to be frequently confused when it comes to the RD designation where it doesn't belong.
And if you're wondering why the specific error info isn't in the cert lookup, it isn't listed for plenty of other coins, either. C'est la vie.
There's nothing odd to me about the slab and nothing in the auction to indicate the coin is anything other than a 1968S cent struck on a clad dime planchet, in MS64 condition.

Good enough for me.

Really? Though the database does give it a RD which isn't on the insert.

For a short time, the bar code was on the back -- I have a few of these...
