What to you mean by shifted edge lettering? The $3901 coin was the first one I sold at open auction for $630 or so. The buyer resold it here.
The value of an MS67 godless dollar would depend on a lot of things. The most important is whether buyers believe more will be forthcoming. If it looks like there will only be one or a few then the price could be very high. Right now that's what it looks like.
4 grand easily! Regardless of the missing lettering its an MS67 coin and a darn good looking one at that!
As far as the Philadelphia mint goes, there are quite a few more MS67's from there than the Denver Mint which is what the $3900 coin was so possibly a little less or maybe a little more. Who knows, its a fickle buying world out there!
Edited to add: NGC or PCGS doesn;t really matter with this one since I think it would cross to PCGS without a problem. Start it at $3500 and see where it goes!
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Ooops, sorry... I got ahead of myself and didn't complete my sentence!!
Well, with an MS 67 FDI going for $3901.00.... I'd say at least that much.
(The shifted edge letter went for $522+ I think)

do you have a link or a direction to see this coin?
TIA
oh and to answer, I would hope 2-3k depending on what kind of bidders you had.
