Do I sense sarcasm, Tom? My opinion is that it is not a matte proof.

This seller has LOTS of very questionable stuff-cleaned, AT, overgraded, cleaned AU offered as MS-the list goes on and on. Some really expensive stuff, too-and not ONE of 'em slabbed. Wonder why????

Yes, sarcasm. My personal opinion is that that coin is a business strike.

Sure does look nice, but lets stay away from the AT part.

I always though his photos looked a little odd to me for some reason, especially the IHC's.
Witty sig line currently under construction. Thank you for your patience.

Looks like a nice strike but not a proof. Don't see the markers for the '16 MPL and the sharpness of the date just isn't there.

16-Ps tend to have pretty good strikes in general, as I recall.

Some of them have strikes that indeed look like proofs. Furthermore, the orange peal fields are also not uncommon.

The problem with Private Bidders; you can not eat mail them and tell them they are getting screwed.
