Definitions are EVERYTHING when it comes to coins, I am finding out....

Artificial vs Natural toning.....not really cut and dry like it first seems. See current (and past) threads to see that.
Problem vs Non-Problem coins. I thought this was easy to define. I'm a collector. To me, problem coins are those WITH problems that affect the coin. Not the slab.
However, recent thread makes it seem that some deem a problem coin to be one labelled incorrectly in a slab (gradewise). Problem slab I could understand. I still don't get that when it comes to problem "coin".
Good to know that some think that way though, so I can keep it in mind when I hear "problem coin" and I won't assume anything.
Any other terms where the definitions that you thought were easy to understand but actually aren't so easy?
Edited to add: Used to be defining the grade itself was quite the task (your grade, my grade, the TPGS's grade, and the dealer's grade)....

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
