Bustin' an exmt 1962 Topps Set!!

Picked up a very nice exmt - exmt+ Topps set from a fellow board member and I'ma gonna break it. There are 32 PSA 6 cards (mostly the biggies) and the rest are raw. These are nice cards with just a touch of wear, but they have nice gloss and good original color. I am pricing the raw cards out at the ex column in Krause times 1.5. For example, if the card list at $6 in ex, I'm selling it for $9.00. The PSA cards are 90% SMR.
