NEWP - Hungary taler 1737 Kremnitz

This one also arrived earlier this week. It is a 1737 taler from the Kremnitz mint in Hungary. It is attributed as DAV-1062.

It appears to have some slight hairlines on the obverse on either side of the portrait. Does anybody know if this might be the result of the die, or would it more likely be a result of cleaning?

    I'm FAR from an expert in hairlines versus die polish lines... I have problems distinguishing them myself. However, I'm seeing a slight change in color in conjunction with where the hairlines are (most noticable to the left of the bust), which implies cleaning to me.

    Die polish marks are RAISED, abrasive cleaning marks are cut into the surface and run into and over the bust.. Generally if the marks in question are only in the field and stop at the bust, they are die polish marks because the bust is incluse on the die and will not get the marks as the die is polished.
