Iranian ID Needed Please

I picked these up in a bargain bin. They are obviously business strikes but there is nice luster in the coins and the discolored portions are where the tape used to keep them in the cardboard holder was in contact with the coins. I've given them a acetone bath to remove and glue or tape residue. It looks to be original mint packaging although there is no description on the holder.

I won't have a 1901+ Krause until it comes out in June so can someone help ID these please? Date? Demonination? Mint? Are the indeed Iranian? And what is the metal content?

Thx
