Question about Paypal Shipping and Delivery Confirmation

I mailed a card 3 weeks ago and the buyer says that he never received it. Paypal confirmation number says otherwise.

My question is this: When it says that it was delivered does it mean to his Post Ofiice or to his house?

Thanks!

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

I had a familiar circumstance happen to me but I was the buyer. I purchased a card that had delivery confirmation, the delivery confirmation said it had been delivered but I never recieved the card. The card was only $3.00 so it wasent to big of deal. But the seller was a complete di** about the whole thing.

The notes should tell you where it was delivered to - if its still only at the Post Office, it will say so. Otherwise, the package was scanned in by the mailman as being delivered to the address. Usually when this happens, I point it out to the buyer who tells me they never received the card, and they all of a sudden "find it".

Funny you guys mention this as this just happened to me too. Del/conf. says it was delivered yet the buyer claims otherwise. (I have no reason to not believe him) Luckily it was insured, so i simply filled out all the paperwork and forwarded the receipts to the buyer. he can deal with the PO. since it was delivered. Had it not been delivered I'd have dealt with them. Life is too short to worry about lil things.
