1995 P Kennedy question

I found a 1995 P Kennedy in a box of halves and it appears to be thinner and lighter than the rest of the 1995's.
Might just be my poor eyesight. I do not have a camera but tried to do pics it with my scanner.

Also the obverse of the 1995's look a little different than other Kennedy's.
The font sizes for the date and text look different.

Is this normal for this year?

Looks normal to me. Spend it at some convienience store and just see the look on their face.

That is what I kept telling myself as I compared it to other 1995's
It just feels thinner and the diameter seems smaller.

I think they re-did the design in 1995 changing the lettersize, and the size of Kennedy. I might be wrong though.

There are some half dollars struck on quarter stock from that era but I don't know what date.

This is better struck than would be expected though.
